Question: What happens if the doctor tell you to take clothes off (not underwear) and what happens if there was no under?

Guess you should plan ahead for this, but if this is the case, I'd just leave my pants on and when the doctor comes in tell him you just don't have any underwear on, not a big deal.
I'm sure it's happened many, many times. As long as a hospital gown is available
it wouldn't matter. Most Drs. have seen just about everything. They really have no
interest in who has underwear on or not. All they care about is why you're there,
and how fast they can get you out so the next patient can get in.
It would be best to tell the doctor before hand.
Then wear it. They might walk away or call for chaperon if the patient is doing strange things.
