Please help me, I always stay frightened.?!

Question: Please help me, I always stay frightened.?
I've asked a question here about heart attacks. Here's the link - http://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110226225603AA7xn9p. From the answers, I think I don't have dangour of heart attack. Please read my question carefully (that from the link and this also) and help me.
Please, help me. I stay always frightened (everything has started from last 3 days, not anything before). Some times my whole body gets weakened for few seconds. Yet being hungry, no desire to eat. Can't eat much. Many times feel to go to toilet. Sometimes feel nausea (I don't vomit but feeling). I always feel scared, unsecured. Everytime I feel uneasy. At morning and noon I feel somewhat good but at evining and night I feel very bad and frightened. I feel very unsecure and seems that I've lost my confidence. Please doctors, experts help me. What's happening with me? What does my symptoms indicate? What should I do and do I need to go to Doctor? Please doctors, experts read my both questions very carefully and answer me. Please, it's my request from the heart. I'm really frightened.

Answers:

The first thing you need to do is to get checked out by a doctor. If everything is fine medically, then it sounds like you are experiencing anxiety. Just hearing a doctor tell you that you are alright, may help. If it doesn't then you need some help treating your anxiety. It could be with yoga, relaxation exercises, counseling or medication (to name a few). Go see a doctor, get a physical exam & mention all these symptoms to him/her. Good luck.

Although I am not a doctor, I am a nursing student. This sounds like severe anxiety. Anxiety can cause so many symptoms and it can cause you to believe that you are having a heart attack or have a major illness. Go yo your doctor and tell them your fears. They will give you medication that should help you feel relief.

Make a doctor's appt. No one here can tell you for sure without running some tests on you. See?
edit:
I don't think it is serious. But, if it effects your day to day activities, it is something to take seriously.

I think you might have anxiety It CAN be linked to depression but there are medications to help you. go to the doctor and he/she will tell you if it is serious

Good Luck:)

It seems that you are a chronic patient of gastric problem Go to a doctor because along with this you may be having anemic and depression
