How do I switch pharmacies for my medication?!

Question: How do I switch pharmacies for my medication?

I've been going to a pharmacy for the past 4 months to get my medication. It's located inside a supermarket. A brand new pharmacy opened up last week and it's much closer to my home. I would prefer to go there to get my medication.

How can I do this? I don't have the original doctor's prescription paper because I gave that to a pharmacist at the first pharmacy.

Go to the new pharmacy and tell them that you want to change your prescription over to them, they can contact your previous pharmacy and switch it over for you.
