Why am I so scared to see a doctor?!

It's not a stupid problem, lots of people feel this way at least at some point in their life. Maybe try to look at it differently. Maybe instead of being afraid of going to the doctors, think of it as something that needs to be done for those around you. You need to be alive and healthy in order to support those around you. My father passed away 8 years ago from prostate cancer which had spread to his bones before they even knew he had prostate cancer. If he had thought "hmm, maybe I need to get annual check-ups to stay alive and healthy for my family" then they may have caught the cancer sooner. Just think of it as something you're doing for others and not just yourself.
