Question: I am sick with something. By reading these symptoms, can anyone tell what I am sick with?
Stomach ache/nausea
Pounding headache
Feel weak
Fever
Dry nose
Runny nose
Constant coughing
Constant sweating
Always tired
I am 14, what could possibly be happening?

If these symptoms have only been going on for a short time, it is probably just the flu and you should rest and try to stay hydrated even if you can't eat solid food. The B-R-A-T diet (Banana - Rice - Applesauce - Toast) may be better than more complex meals until your stomach settles.....
If these symptoms have been going on for more than a week, I'd suggest going to your doctor. It could be Mono or something else that would likely need a doctor's care.

A nasty Flu. Bed rest (wrap up warm) and drink plenty of water. Take Meds for headache but not the fever (unless the fever starts to reach 103 degrees.). Fevers are important to killing the Flu virus.
Chicken soup, tomato soap, saltine-type crackers, and sandwiches are foods good to eat with a sensitive stomach.
Figure 3 to 5 days to feel better, usually the fever breaks. Coughing can persist for as much as month, afterwords.

Did you recently get a flu shot, they put the sickness in you do your body can fight
it off, sometimes it fights it off right away, and sometime you have to get sick
with it first.
I had my first flu when I was around 7, I had all those symptoms.
But it could be something else, go see a doctor.
