Why do I feel dizzy all the time?!

Question: Why do I feel dizzy all the time?
I'm 16 (male) and for about 5 years, I've been feeling dizzy almost whenever I sit down. I have no idea what it is. I've been to the doctors multiple times and they don't know what's wrong. I feel as though I'm not achieving what I should be achieving in school due to my dizziness since I can not concentrate enough. I have already sat a few GCSE and my grades are not as high as they should be for me. I can resit them though. Thank god. I don't have any illnesses/diseases, I don't take any medication. I don't drink water. Only in tea and coffe, my blood sugar and pressure is fine and my iron intake is overall OK. How can I get rid of this dizziness? No one in my family has it.

Answers:

You say you don't drink water?
You may be dehydrated. Actually, I am sure of it.
Water is essential. Our bodies are made up of at least 70% of water, and without it, you will not function properly. Some people.die.from dehydration because all of their organs shut down. Dehydration can cause diziness, fatigue, headaches and alot of other symptoms. You can't just base your water intake with tea and coffee, you have to drink plain water. Coffee makes you even more dehydrated.

Well, start by drinking water, because dehydration may be a big part of it. Also, your blood sugar is low, that can cause it. Have your thyroid tested as well! =)

How is your blood pressure?
