Is BMI of 16.5-17 bad?!

Question: Is BMI of 16.5-17 bad?
I'm 5'9 and about 115lbs (without clothes scale said 111.6, with pajamas 113.4, normal clothes 115...idk what to believe haha)
Anyway, this puts my bmi between 16.5-17

Is that bad?

I'm going to get my physical to submit to the college I chose to attend on Friday - will this affect me? Are they gonna send me to the nutritionist on campus if it's bad? Not let me attend?

Awkward pics...but just so you can see a visual and not just numbers

Answers:

Well, a BMI of 16.5-17 means you're underweight, or close to it. I'm not going to say to try eating a little more, but try gaining a few pounds in a healthy way. And no, the college shouldn't have any bias based on any BMI numbers.
