My friend had a seizure and im worried?!

My friend who I met when I started college in september had a seizure a while ago (today), she told me before she had epilepsy when it came up in conversation but I have never heard of her having a seizure before, I found it out through facebook when her sister was online but she had to go and I didn't get much info just that it lasted 30mins which is very unusual for her and that is why the hospital has decided to keep her in overnight to make sure she is ok, I want to send her a text just to ask how she is doing but I don't want to disturb her if she is feeling unwell,

Can anyone tell me how she might be feeling and when would be the appropriate time to text her, how long should I wait and any other info that might benefit me in helping her,
