Why do most Black People have an "outie" bellybutton?!

Question: Why do most Black People have an "outie" bellybutton?
Is it something genetic? I have noticed most blacks don't have an "innie" bellybutton!

Answers:

Innie's, or outie's basically happen by how you dress the wound after the umbilical court drops off, in some communities they dress it, so the scar stays compact, creating an innie, in some they don't squeeze the wound, which would create an outtie.
