What causes a headache?!

Question: What causes a headache?
I sometimes get headaches, but not often. I was just wondering, out of curiosity, what causes headaches? And are headaches normal/ok to get?

Answers:

They believe the widening or contraction of the blood vessels in the brain. They are normal and many people get them frequently with no illness. This can be caused my dehydration, temp change, illness, allergies, lights etc.

Migraine headaches can be triggered by smells, tastes, allergies, certain light etc

Constant migraines

There are so many reasons for the headache , such as you spend a lot of time in front of computer or eye site weakness . You can decrease your computer timing or you can use any trusted eye drop for your eyes such carnosine . I was also facing same problem but i buy carnosine eye drops from http://www.can-c.net/ and now my eyes are fine and no more headache

headaches are sometimes caused by temperature changes (going inside a cold room then going outside where it is hot), sometimes it is caused when you think too much and can't solve something you want...., and if you have colds (blowing your nose too hard)

experience

Headaches can be caused by dehydration- so you need to drink water to cure it.. headaches are completely normal, as long as they are not like migranes- which are extremely intense :(
