every now and then i will get a very red painful rash under my boobs. i dont wear a wire bra and i shower ever night plus change my bra every day. but the rash is very painful. what is this caused from

This could mostly be from the kind of bras you wear, it could be irritating your skin, and or you may be allergic to the material. Make sure you check out what the bra's material is. Try not to wash it that much (if you do) in the shower, it'll irritate it even more, try putting cream on it! Goodluck! hope this helped
