My neck is jacked up HELP PLEASE its causing sever issues?!

Question: My neck is jacked up HELP PLEASE its causing sever issues?
My neck is stiff
I can hardly move it
My left shoulder hurts when moving it (Only hurts sometimes)
If I lean my head back my body feel like its not there (It sounds odd but its true)
I have a tension head ache
Sometimes I feel weak on one side of my body WHEN I AM NOT
If I move my neck to fast it tightens up and I get dizzy (When I look up to)

Now 3 months ago I went to the neurologist because I was having head aches so my doctor sent me to a head ct scan and the neurologist looked at it my eyes, and brain are fine and healthy the reason she also focused on the eyes is because I am having a little vision issues that seems to come with neck stiffness (The vision issue it flashing lights) but she said my eyes were also healthy and working (She also look in them with a light thing) but she pressed on my neck because I told her I was having the feeling of weakness on one side of my body (It was not weak it just felt weak) so she felt my neck and said "Wow your neck and shoulders are jacked up) she said I have a cervical strain from a fall from 4 months ago(right now the fall was almost a year ago) that sprang my foot, tore 3 ribs on my left side and I guess hurt my neck bad.

So I was told to go to PT but I became very sick with a sinus infection and ear infection that landed me in the ER and I had to miss PT 3 times because the sinus infection lasted for ever (Found out the reason it stayed was because the house we just left 3 days ago had 3 very toxic molds in the house causing sinus and ear infection) so we left we just moved into a up dated MOLD free home and of course I was not much help because I feel like **** because I think I have a ear infection (I was sick again before we left the house) so my friend came over so we can set up my room we she did not help me carry my 300 pound full metal new bed down the stairs and I had to lift and I felt a PULL and it made me jump and it gave me a instant head ache so I took a Ibuprofen and laid down on the carpet for a while then started working again.
I am tired of this **** I can't take it any more I am 14 and this is a lot of pain and hell to be in for my age.

I am going to see my doctor again next week on the 9th but I am scared it got worse!
What if I need surgery I don't want surgery!
Does it sound like it got worse?
Sorry it is so long but I just cant take this crap any more!

I am 14 female was healthy before this stuff!

I'm not sure if you have insurance or not? So going to the chiropractor may be out of the question, but I severely hurt my neck when I was about your age and I have to see a chiropractor every so often or else my neck becomes stiff and sometimes I am unable to move it at all. I would suggest using an ice pack and placing it where you are having the sharpest pain for 20 minutes, you also need to practice good posture by sitting up straight and not leaning on your elbows! (We are all guilty of it) Also, while sitting up straight, you can roll your shoulders in a circular motion to relieve some tension. I don't want to give you more in depth exercises because I'm not a doctor, but I hope you feel better soon!!

Hahaha, Oh wow

It may take a long time to heal. You may also be re-injuring the neck before it heals completely. Sounds to me like you may have a pinched nerve in your neck possibly due to a ruptured disc. Sometimes they try to fix the disc with a steroid injection. The steroid injection didn't do me any good and I had to have a disc replaced. Two of them in the last 10 years! Yeah it sucks but could have been much worse. Give it a month or so after seeing the doctor again and if you still don't feel better try another doctor who may have a different opinion of your situation therefore possibly a differing option for treatment. Surgery really isn't that bad but wearing a neck brace and the recuperating time really sucks. Good Luck

Years of experience

This is honestly one of those interesting medical situations that most people don't see very often. Not that it's not treatable, but you just don't hear about this kind of thing every day. It would be best just to let the doctors do their work. They know what they're doing, so don't worry.
