What would you do to heal an infected piercing?!

Question: What would you do to heal an infected piercing?
A month old, used to have crust on the earring, now it has puss. I wash my hands, wash my ear with anti-bacterial soap, rinse with a sea salt water solution, then use a persecution anti-biotic cream. Is there something else I could do, or change, that would save my earring? I want it sooo badly!

Answers:

keep using the sea salt solution and it'll eventually go away,

You either need to see a doctor, or take out the piercing and let it heal. Then after it is completely healed try again, if you have to have it.
