Lump under my arm just... fell off?!
Question: Lump under my arm just... fell off?

You may have witnessed what in medical terms is called "auto-amputation". These little benign growths are very common, and occasionally, very occasionally, do exactly that. They are similar to polyps that develop in the gut, and are known to do the same thing.
Usually, auto-amputation, only occurs in young people, say 20 years old ore less. Sometimes the growth can become ligated by a stray human hair, especially in people with very fine hair, where the hair becomes wrapped around the 'stalk' of the growth. When this happens, the blood supply is cut off, or ligated, and the growth dies of blood starvation.
Sometimes, you may feel a slight soreness, but most often when this happens, the first you know of this is when the thing falls away, and you notice it has gone..
I think they are called skin tags - some people have them all their lives but they can be removed by a doctor - I guess you are lucky that yours just came off by themselves
I think Grey Mare may have the answer to that :0)
