Can anyone tell me what is wrong with me?!

Question: Can anyone tell me what is wrong with me?
This has been bothering me for a while now, and I want some ideas as to what could be wrong, please.
Alright, first, which is super annoying, I have an abnormal menstrual cycle, normally lasts between 2 weeks to a month. I have been constipated for the past couple of years. I have mood swings, I am always craving meat, and I am always freezing. Any ideas?

Lethal PMS? Go to Doctor.

Im an aesthetician who has studied a lot about nutrition- and mind you my answer is purely going to be only my opinion. I think you should DEFINITELY see a doctor about your symptoms and request you get blood work done, as it sounds to me like you are deficient in something.
I think everyone has different needs in nutrition. Abnormal menstrual cycles can be a result of being underweight, or even over weight. If they're very painful and your skin is breaking out, you should drink raspberry tea and take some burdock root. Constipation AND the mood swings sounds like you are deficient in your omega's. Go to any health food store or vitamin store and pick up some "3.6.9 oil blend". I think everyone should take this anyways! It 'lubricates' your organs, gives you healthy skin and hair, and is really good for your brain- mood swings included. Craving meat? Im a vegan, so I cant really relate and I think you can get plant sourced nutreints that are better for you- but do you think you might have an IRON deficiency?? Freezing is obviously a result of poor circulation. Yoga and cayenne pepper pills will fix you up!

I dont know whats wrong with you, of course. BUT definitely get that blood test, as it SOUNDS like you seriously are lacking something... If something is wrong with your ovaries (polyCystic Ovarian syndrome, endometriosis- ect..) it'll be good for you to know so you can take care of yourself. get some 3.6.9 and do stretches every morning, and I sincerely hope everything goes well at the doctor!

you're turning into a zombie.

try going to a doctor ?
