Answers:

Are you drinking redbull or anything like that with caffeine a lot ?
I myself sometimes feel like my heart is about to beat out of my chest. Even happens sometimes when I am just sitting around watchin tv or messing around on the computer. Feels like my heart beats super fast, flutters, then goes slow, speeds up again etc. Anxiety can and does cause it. Do what I do and exercise more. Seems to help me. I wouldn't suggest you start poppin any of those anti-anxiety pills though. The side effects of those things mess you up. Hope you feel better. I feel for you

Are you getting palpitations or do you just think in your mind that your heart is going to stop?

If it's the palpitations then since you have had tests and there is nothing wrong it could be that your so stressed and anxious that is why you get the flutters in your chest.

But if your just thinking about getting a heart attack then it's nothing just for some reason you have put that thought in your mind and now you think something is wrong.

Just live your life and don't worry yourself to sickness over something that isn't there.

Good luck and take a deep breath lol.

it sounds like anxiety it does make the heart race depending on how stressed you are it may be if you drink a lot of alchol that can make your heart race especially been intoxicated

Yes. You need to calm down, your heart is not going to stop.

yes, you are going nuts,
now go talk with a therapist
