Question: Is there a drug that can take away anxiety?
I have some social anxiety problems, It would be great to have a drug to take so then I won't be so afraid to speak out :P

You should ask your doctor, but yes, there definitely are. I have generalized anxiety disorder and have taken Zoloft, Effexor and Cymbalta (but not all at once!!)



There are anti-anxiety meds, antidepressants, and sometimes even antipsychotics are prescribed for anxiety. Just talk to your doctor.



If you want to speak out then find some friends to do it with you. If you do that then that might help out alot... Hope this helps!!! ;)

most "anti-depressants" also act as anti-anxiety medicines too! Ask a doctor about what meds might be best for your situations.
