How drunk is someone with a BAC of 0.165?!

Question: How drunk is someone with a BAC of 0.165?
If a 24 year old male who is 5'10 and 180lbs with a muscular build has a blood alcohol level of 0.165, how drunk are they? Would this level of intoxication be enough for them to fall over and have poor coordination? Thank you.

Answers:

People who reach a BAC of 0.15 are supposed to be problem drinkers. At that level most people would be very drunk.

A level from 0.05-0.079 is regarded as low range, from 0.08-0.149 is regarded as mid range and 0.15+ is deemed to be high range.

At 0.07% your starting to be impared. At 0.08% your legally drunk, more than 0.12% your too drunk. 0.165 on the high end of the second catagory. Take the car keys.

20–99 mg/dL - Impaired coordination and euphoria
100–199 mg/dL - Ataxia, poor judgement, labile mood
200–299 mg/dL - Marked ataxia, slurred speech, poor judgement, labile mood, nausea and vomiting
300–399 mg/dL - Stage 1 anaesthesia, memory lapse, labile mood
400+mg/dL - Respiratory failure, coma and death

Your body movements become uncoordinated and you react slower

OHHH YA! The legal limit is .08 so its twice that. Of course it depends on their alcohol tolerance
