Help please, I feel so sick?!

Question: Help please, I feel so sick?
Okay, I was shopping and felt really tired so I went and got an energy drink. The smallest bottle there was 1 litre, so I got it. I didnt realize I was drinking so much, but I ended up drinking it all throughout the day. I felt fine shopping, but when I got home a wave of sickness just came over me. I feel so tired and shakey and standing up makes me so dizzy... + the thought of food makes me want to get sick, is there anyway I can make this feeling stop or at least make me feel a bit better? :/

Answers:

Drink some clear water, water will flush your system.
The tiredness and dizziness sounds like low blood sugar so I really would encourage trying something to eat but something bland and light, maybe some dry toast, or a banana. Something with slow releasing energy if you cannot manage much. The ting with drinks like that is, as said, they release energy very quick into the body and it burns it all up, you need slower realising sugars so your boy doesn t use them up too quickly. Aside from that, just rest.
If it is just a crash from your energy drink then you should be fine by tomorrow.

Well, perhaps you shouldn't have drank that one liter energy drink, they make you feel like that after a little while.
It gave a burst of energy like coffee and black tea does, and afterwards you get tired and groggy and twitchy because of the energy your body used up.

Some energy drinks will cause you to crash in the end. Try to change your diet in the kinds of foods you eat and drink. Also, try to get more sleep and rest. If it doesn't get better, then maybe you need to swing by the doc for a check up.
