Is 'Extra' chewing gum bad for you?!
Question: Is 'Extra' chewing gum bad for you?
I decided to get some chewing gum, but I decided to get chewing gum from the brand called 'Extra'. I noticed on their packaging it says "Scientifically proven to help reduce bacteria that cause bad breath" and it also says "sugar free".
So does that mean it is healthy? I suppose you are not adding any calories to your body as you do not swallow chewing gum. By the sounds of it, it seems like it is basically toothpaste in your mouth.

THe only thing the gum can manage cause... is that u swallow the gum and u eat too much gum at the same time. :) I hope this helps
in general, chewing gum is bad for you no matter the brand
