Question: I've been really tired lately, what's wrong?

This can be from a number of things. The most common things are...
1) Stress , even if you dont feel stressed your body may be
2) Not getting enough sleep (Teens are supposed to get at LEAST 8 hours a night)
3) Medication Changes or new meds.
4) Excercising before bed.
5) Eating before you go to bed.
I am a licensed Pediatrician and i think its just stress or your not getting enough sleep.
However you did mention youve been eating alot lately that can be a big factor as well, as changes to your dietary plans can be making you restless, yes its true.
You might also be eating TOO Much which in some cases can make you not sleep. Cut down on Caffine . Eating can increase and or decrease due to depression,anxiety, etc.
