Question: 13,I'm I unhealthy or really sick?
So it all started on Sunday of last week. In the morning I ate kiwi and cheese and right after my throat felt weird and I had a lot of mucus. After that Sunday the whole week I wasn't feeling my healthy self and my chest hurt.And my breathing wasn't normal.So then this week came by and I became a bit better but I still haven't felt my self.So then on Friday I ate blue berries and my throat felt the same after the kiwi and I went to bed thinking it would go away but today my throat feels wonk.And through that whole 2 week thing I have times when I felt sick and right now I feel like I just don't have full health. Stuff about me:I'm lazy and I eat poorly and I have asthma and at random times something of my body hurts..People say it might be the fruit but I don't think so.Please help, I feel like I have a disease and gonna get really sick when I have no clue what is wrong with me.I AM SCARED TO DEATH AND I TOLD MY PARENTS BUT THEY JUST SAY TAKE MY PUFFER OR DRINK WATER! THERE NO HELP!

I think you are over-reacting a little. I don't think it is the fruit either.

Try this though: DO drink lots of water, and stop eating unhealthy. Eat good foods that will nourish your body and start going on daily walks or exercise to help perk you up. It is proven that if you eat bad foods and are sedentary you will feel icky. If you try to make yourself a little active and nourish your body you WILL feel better. Also, the combo of the acids in kiwi and cheese probably made you all mucus-y. It happens sometimes. I usually can't drink milk and eat bananas. It just feels...eww. Haha. And it makes my throat feel weird now that I think of it! You're a growing girls, things randomly hurt, hormones are all goofy, etc. Just get some exercise, good sleep, lots of water, and healthy nourishing foods. You'll be fine!



well for your throat first off do drink water because that will keep you hydrated and help clean toxins and try some medicine for your throat hmm as for your healthy you should exercise and eat healthy and if those fruits made you feel bad stay away from it as well as the cheese and you should relax take some naps or shower but relax you sound really stressed. i think youll know whats best for you.



you wont die dont worry.. its jst that you are allergic to the fruits. i have the same problem ... the only fruits i could eat are watermelon, oranges and grapes otherwise i have a really weird feeling in my throat after eating other fruits .. next time if this happens DO NOT EAT THE SAME FRUIT OVER AGAIN! ... and eating candy might help since it makes your throat feel better or some cough drops

Sounds like you need to start taking better care of yourself. Eat vegetables and fruits and lean proteins. Get moving. Get some exercise. If your parents don't want to take you to the doctor maybe try calling a nurse hot line. Google it. Best of luck:)



Well you say don't say go see a doctor but you NEED to go see a dcotor. If you can't breathe right and your throat feels weird and you have lot's of mucus then yeah something's wrong .
Just tell your parents, " Look, Mom , Dad I feel like absolute Sh!t and I need to see a doctor. I can't breathe right and the puffer or drinking water doesn't help. My throat feels weird, and its uncomfortable. Just please schedule an appointment with the doctor because I feel horrible "!

I hope you feel better and I'm sorry all I said was go see a doc but you need too.
Eating healthy everyday....would help. Maybe those fruits your allergic to ?
Don't eat em nymore..
