Is it normal for your stomach to remain sensitive for a week or so after food po!

Question: Is it normal for your stomach to remain sensitive for a week or so after food poisoning?
A week ago, I unfortunately ate at a big and crowded buffet, and hours later, I felt awful and was vomiting. No doubt there were germs and bacteria in the self-serve food items. I felt better afterward, but still queasy. In fact, my stomach has been mildly sensitive all week. I realize it's a mistake to drink coffee; that seems to make me feel worse. Anyway, is this typical?

Answers:

When ever I have food poisoning or the flu my stomach is pretty sensitive for at least a few weeks. I think for me though it is mostly in my head because I have a fear of throwing up again.

yes take a table spoon of vinegar, taste bad but will help.
