Absolutely not. Cosmetic surgery is the only way to handle that issue. If you try to do it yourself, you can guarantee a whole host of problems like infection, bleeding, pain, and permanent disfigurement.

If you're under 18, I wouldn't even worry about it, you're not done growing.

learn to like yourself for who you are, our bodies aren't perfect where everyone doesn't like some part of their body!
