Why do I keep getting bad headaches?!

Try approaching it from other possible causes, massage the neck and head muscles. Avoid stressful situations if they trigger headaches. Take 15min breaks for every 45min in front of a screen. Get 8hrs sleep every night. Stay hydrated, chronic dehydration causes innumerable problems, including headaches.

It could be that you are stressed/a lot going on right now in your life.It can also be that your body needs rest.
You should try to take naps which I always do when I have a bad headache,it usually lessens it.
The best thing for you is that you should talk to your doctor because you have been taking motrin for ten days which is a lot for bad headaches.

You could be stressed or extremely fatigued, after 10 days get it checked out to rule out any underlying illness you will probably have an x-ray or ct if it continues dont take any chances.

Maybe your stressed out. Possibly you could have migraine problems or even a pinched nerve. After 10 days of a headache a doctors the best answer.

i'd go to the dr's you may be suffering with migrains or it could be an underlying illness. x
