Kidney congestion, what to do?!

Question: Kidney congestion, what to do?
3 days ago with the wish of re-hydrating myself, I drank a lot of water almost 3 days in a row.
The result is that I feel an immense pressure in my kidneys and all the organs near them.
My digestion seems to have stopped and I overall feel awful.

While searching in google ,I have found information on how too much water in a short time can be dangerous. According to many sources of information the proses of re hydrating should be done progressively by adding small amounts of water each day...think that I was not aware of.

In addition I only drank "poland spring" hot or warm boiled water.

Any help , besides telling me to go to a doctor ,"which seems hard for me as I am in a foreign country so with out insurance" will be greatly appreciated.

Any suggestions on how the deal and solve this reaction?

any extra water consumed should go straight to the bladder for removal. so i'm sure you've removed extra water by now. if you didnt pee during this time, then yes you should actually feel bloated along with the possible kidney pain you might have as the water is still in you. (so along with the bloating you should've also gained weight i.e. water weight) so do you weigh more?

my guess is that the pain is not related, but if you continue to have pain then you should go see your doctor...

Time will take care of it.

Just wait it will get better
