I have a really bad cold?!
Question: I have a really bad cold?
My nose is super stuffy, my throat is super dry no matter what I drink and I have no appetite. I am munching on my baby cookies because I am a little hungry...I also feel a little nauseous. I'm so uncomfortable!!!!! :( I know there is no cure for a cold but is there any ways to make it better. I took some cold medicine earlier so dont suggest that. Any HOME remedies. I can't go out and buy stuff. I don't really like tea either....I have neocitron though....help please:)
Answers:
Take a nice HOT shower. try and keep your sinuses clear.
Then the usual, eat fruits and veggies.
Chicken soup, exc.
Also get a lot of rest, stay warm.
