How should learners overcome of failing their first year?!

If you are asking about first year of college, it is not that uncommon for students to fail in their first year - often they are away from home for the first time, and are not prepared for the demands of college work and for a situation where no one pressures them to make sure they get the work done. If a student fails in the first year a good approach is to get a job and work for a year or two before going back to college. Often working in the sort of job a young person can get with no college or training is a wake up call for the student, and a good motivator when s/he eventually goes back to college.
