Pretty much the only thing injected into your arm that will make you vomit are opiates. Flu shots may make you feel sick for about a day.

i'm guessing you had your injection today in school?
Normally these injections do cause side effects but yours sound quite serious, they do make you feel slightly headachey and slightly sick. your arm does tend to hurt as well most probably because of the bruising around it, but if you're really worried call up your GP or call the NHS helpline on 0845 4647
Erm i presume that the injection is soon. If you are aat school and the injection is a booster then you shouldnt feel too sick. Its probably just your mind playin trix
