Question: Really sick dont know what it is?
my sister was sick last week on sunday (1/23). vomiting, diarrhea, fever. now me and my mom got it more then a week after. almost everytime i stand up i have to go to the bathroom and throw up and i have muscle aches. could it be the flu? i dont really feel that week. i took Tylenol and Imodium AD

Vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps and fever is not a symptom of flu.It's gastroenteritis.Get an antibiotic + antispasmodic + antipyratic cover to sooth your infection, cramps and fever.Don't delay as delay can aggravate your infection and the watery diarrhea can turn into bloody diarrhea or better term as dysentery.
could be the flu. could be a stomach virus. you should go to the doctor. in the mean time sip on water/juice so you don't get dehydrated. don't take aspirin for a fever if you're young (not saying you did, just saying don't do it)
