Definitely not AIDS. Probably a hemorrhoid. If it's a lot of blood loss, see your doctor. If it's just a little bit on the toilet paper, it's probably nothing to worry about.

many things can cause this it could be as simple as when you poop you could have torn something or internal bleeding this isn't something you can take lightly you should see a doctor as soon as possible

It's happened to me before too. Lately have you had a poo that hurt to come out? If so thats what its from and it will go away soon.
