Question: Who has had a massage at the YMCA?
I've recently started attending a YMCA, and was thinking about getting a massage there. My question is, how does one go about this? I think sessions have to be scheduled. Plus, what's the attire? Since the entrance of the massage room is inside the locker room, are you supposed to go inside dressed or go inside already stripped with a towel?

Massage and its practitioners are separate from where they practice. There are rules of conduct which are often posted. What I suggest is you speak to a masseuse and ask. I know it is weird to have your first one but I tell you it will change your life. It is a wonderful experience or should be.
