does anyone have any idea what i have?!

i've been sick on and off since the 1st of January. sometimes it will be a throw upy thing. sometimes its a sneezey runny nose thing. i also get shaky and headaches. it always comes back after a few days but it will be the headaches one day or a few then it goes to cough runny nose, then back to throwing up. any advice would be helpful.
