When do growth plates close?!
Question: When do growth plates close?
My dad's like 5'5. My mom's like 4'11-5'0. My brother is around 5'8 and he's 22. I'm 5'6 or 5'7 and I'm hitting 18 this month. Is there any chance I'll get past 5'7? I'm starting to do do stretches everyday. Hanging on my pull up bar with I think 6 pound ankle weights. I used to be like 5'5, after I finished this thing called Insanity, I think I grew an inch or 2.

Any further height growth from 18-25 is likely to be insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers who often grow late.
You will probably grow another inch.
This wont answer your question at all but maybe you can help me out...I've been thinking of buying Insanity. Is it worth it? Im 18 as well, and I'm looking to bulk up because I am underweight. Did you see good results?
