What are these White particles in my urine?!

Question: What are these White particles in my urine?
I'm a 25 year old female smoker. I heard smokers get bladder cancer..i've noticed some white particles in urine. At first I thought they were toilet paper but I'm pretty sure its not after all. So worried. Any ideas???

Visit a urologist.

Usually the first sign of bladder cancer is blood in the urine, not white particles. A bladder infection can cause cloudy urine and if it's bad enough possibly larger particles. If you have any symptoms get checked out right away. Waiting can cause major health problems. Or you could have kidney stones which are hard particles usually yellow in color though not white though. Otherwise it could be vaginal secretions you just notice in the toilet getting mixed in. That is usually white and most women don't notice things like that unless they are looking for something else. And quitting smoking is good for you.

How long have you been smoking? Are you a heavy smoker? I would tend to say its unlikely that your issue is a result of smoking since you are young. My first guess would be a urinary tract infection. Bacterial UTI's can cause white spots in urine, its fairly common. I would visit your doctor and explain to him or her your symptoms, and most likely they will do a urine test and probably perscribe you some antibiotics. I wouldnt worry too much, but its important to check with your doctor because even simple things lke UTI's can cause significant issues (such as kidney or bladder problems) if left untreated.

i dont think so if that is a cancer..

I am not a smoker but i have the same condition as you. I saw my urine with something sticky white things. But I think this is just my white blood. You have an abnormal mentruation too? Because me.. i just have mentruation 3 or 4x a year.. I think I have more white blood cells than red.. thats why I pee my white blood sometimes...
