Question: Whats wrong with me! I feel so sick?
It just started this morning. Woke up not feeling well....
Symptoms aree....
Headache, sore throat, tickley chest, hard to breath kind of, dizziness, fatigue, chills, eyes hurt when i look around. NO FEVER. no hot flashes. just chills...

Perhaps you have the flu!
Symptoms of the flu are weakness and fatigue, chills and sweats, headache, sore throat, etc.
You may also have a bit of a chest cold. The tickling in your chest may be mucus. Make sure you drink a lot of water. It'll flush your system out. Also, make sure you bundle up.
Tea and orange juice can also help you get better, but be careful with orange juice. Sometimes for me, it stings a bit going down my throat, because of the acidity.
