Ahhhhh! help! ( Girls ONLY please)?!

When I first started using tampons, I found the easiest way to insert them was to lie on my back on my bed with my knees bent up toward my chest. Make sure you're relaxed, angle the tampon slightly toward your back as you insert it, and make sure you hold onto the top part (not the plunger). Once the top part is all the way in except for the bottom edge, hold onto the edge and push the plunger in slowly. Then pull the applicator out and throw it away. If it's inserted correctly, you shouldn't feel anything.

Other possible positions to try would be sitting on the toilet, standing with one foot on the side of the bathtub, or squatting. You might find a hand mirror helpful at first. The most important thing is to relax your muscles; if you're tense, your muscles will tighten up and make it harder to insert anything.

Also, just note that it can be painful to remove a tampon right after you've inserted it since it won't have had time to absorb any liquid and so will be rough and unlubricated. This isn't a problem normally, but if you're just starting and have to do it over a few times to get it right, just wanted to give you a heads up that it could hurt a little bit.

NOTE: The "hole you pee out of" is not where you put the tampon! You pee out of your urethra, which is a smaller hole above your vagina, which is where your tampon belongs. You should not try to stick anything into your urethra!

OK, so this is really weird and I'm 12(just hit that time too). First you gotta have a tampon! Second you have to go to a bathroom-make sure the door/stall is locked(need the privacy). Third-The hole you pee out of is the hole you put the tampon in! :P(Trust me I don't like talking about this) So the plastic part you insert first, the string should be hanging out of your...hole. Push it in and the plastic thing Should come down and the tampon should be securely in there!
Make sure that you have a nice size for your hole(Woow.)(whatever thing) Not too big cuz it hurts.
