Question: Getting rly stressed out!!!?
Ok I'm in 8th grade and we hve so much hw it's unbelievable. After school, every sec I'm doing hw. On weekends, every single second only hw. Plus I'm always stressed out about my tests and stuff. This has started to affect my health.. Wat to do?

Just chill out. Take some time off. You shouldnt be getting that much homework in the firsy place, and if your worried aboit tests then you did good, that always happened to me. Chill, take breaks, naps, call friends,boyfriends, girlfriends, just take a break, get sleep. Your health should be fine as long as you sleep, eat right, and take breaks.

just relax, watch some TV (unless your Amish, nothing gos right for thee Amish), sleep, stuff like tht...O YEAH! and if you like tea, what i like to do is drink Chamomile tea or put some cinnomin in normal tea, or honey in green tea. And, when you try to relax, close you're eyes and put a warm washcloth on your eyes.
