I can't calm down waiting for results :(?!

Can someone please help me? I need someone to confide in and talk to or someone with experience. I am 20 My boyfriend is the only person I have slept with for 2 years and only two people before him, both boyfriends. I was tested in October and was clean. I am suspicious of my boyfriend cheating. I just got tested again. I am waitnig on results from PLanned parenthood but they took a swab of my discharge and looked under a microscope and said it looks like chlaymidia and gave me the medication. I am freaking out and can't calm down. This will mean my boyfriend cheated which he WILL NOT admit. Does anyone know anything I should do. Does anyone know if he could show up negative and me positive because I've heard men can be carriers but still show negative. And does anyone know if other things look like chlamidia under a microscope?
