Question: Oh dear, what is this?

I accidentally ripped a pimple off and a day after, under where I ripped it off, it feels thick, tough and very painful. What is this? I've never heard of this flaw.

It's nothing. It just wasn't ready to be removed. It's going to be like that until it heals.
