Holy crap, this describes ME perfectly! I have the exact same problems and I have been suffering with them for years. (I am a girl too by the way even though my name says Michael <--that's not my real name)

I just want to let you know I understand how you are feeling.

I haven't found any answers either and I've been to doctors all over.

I'll let you know if I find anything out, hopefully you would let me know too! :)

I have lost over half of my hair as well :( I feel bad knowing others go through this because it's something I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.

Stress management begins with becoming more organize. Most of us have lived with clutter for s long we often take it for granted even though it can influence your overall state of mind. If you are surrounded by random items or paperwork you may feel somewhat out of control in general. When you are organized in a good manner it is easier to locate what you need when you need them rather than when things are all discombobulated. The fact is this applies to many areas of your life including your computer, if you aren't organized it can take a long time to locate files or projects you need. Regularly get rid of items you don't need, whether it's clothing, paperwork or files on your computer. If you organize your belongings you will be more able to locate them when you need to. Doing this can have a surprisingly positive impact on various areas of your life including your stress levels and that overall feeling of spinning out of control. It's a proven fact that breathing can reduce stress as well as being important for life in general. One very simple and enjoyable antidote to stress is laughter. People who experience lots of stress are often humorless and highly driven Type A personalities, and remembering how to laugh is a good way to offset this. Watch the company you keep, as one way to laugh more is to spend time around people who appreciate humor. Watch comedies on television, or rent funny DVDs. You can find humorous websites, online videos or even free services that will send you jokes every day. You may have a demanding job and/or family life, but that doesn't mean you can't find a few minutes during the day to laugh. As the famous saying goes, laughter is the best medicine, and stress is one of the ills it can cure.

In summary, stress management can come in many forms, from changing your thinking to paying attention to your diet and sleep patterns. The first step to lowering your stress level is to identify when and why you're experiencing it. The stress management tools we've looked at in this answer can be helpful for almost any type of stress you may be experiencing.
