Is it

a) Physical things diet, sleep and exercise

or

b) Emotional things like stress, having friends, having good relationships, having a job you like, feeling good about what you do, strong beliefs, having a hobby that you love etc.

30% Physical upkeep
The better you feel about life and yourself the healthier you are regardless of other crap. Even tho physical stuff is good to up keep mental is more important. :)
