Why does smoking cigarettes make me dizzy and light headed?!


Question: Why does smoking cigarettes make me dizzy and light headed?
I have smoked for a little while now but everytime I smoke a cigarette I get really dizzy and lightheaded, and often sick to my stomach... I don't even smoke whole cigarettes at a time. Any ideas as to why this happens? Thanks.

dont listen to her, its just because your "new" to nicotene, dizzyness and lightheadedness is a few effects of nicotene, it happened to me when i first started, BTW i dont advise to keep smoking because when your addicted it REALLY SUCKS

you are smoking to fast if you smoke to fast you don't let enough oxygen go into you head and when you don't get enough oxygen to you head you get dizzy/lightheaded try smoking slower and hope it helps it helped me

It is your body telling you it can't handle it or does not want it! I am not saying that for you quiet even though smoking is TERIBBLE for you but your body does not want it! So I would quit try the BLU Cigarette!

Because it's your body trying to tell you to QUIT!!!
