Am i still eligible for medicaid? Please read details?!

I am currently covered by CHIPS but it runs out when i turn 19 at the end of this month. The problem is that i started having seizures last august outta nowhere. Im on anti seizure medication but my doctor just up and left town. I had tests done but she never got to see some of the results and i have no idea why my seizures started. From emergency room visits i have found out that i show no signs of having seizure activity in my brain and nothing has shown up on my cat scan or MRI. I only have 25 days left worth of pills and then i will have to pay for the medication and my bday is in 21 days. If anyone can help me please comment or message me at Blaiksgirl@yahoo.com thank you
