Question: Can anxiety cause Fast and Strong Heart Beats !?
i usually feel strange heart beats, sometimes i get palpitation,but i am sure I have anxiety !!
I did many ECG, Hotler Monitoring and Echo, and seen several heart consultants,
they told me your heart is perfectly fine and healthy, and the funny thing when i leave the doctors clinic, i feel great and healthy
but still sometimes and feel something wrong
shall i believe the doctors and seek psychologist help ? and can anxiety cause all this heart beats feelings ?! i used to have also numbness and tinglings and they disappeared after i was told i have anxiety and MRI results are Perfectly fine

I have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for 2 years now. The answer to all your questions is YES! Anxiety can cause all the symptoms you described. I have been to the ER twice thinking I was having a heart attack only to find once at the hospital I was fine. I tried 2 different anti depressants without any luck. I didn't like the way they made me feel. Honestly the best thing I have found is a nice walk. It clears my mind, releases endorphins and relaxes me. If you find yourself panicking tell yourself out loud: This will pass ....it's only anxiety. Also try timing it. Usually it's only really bad for 5 minutes or less. Deep breaths and relax! D
