Question: Woken up two nights in a row violently shivering?
For the past two nights I've woken in the early hours in the morning violently shivering although I'm not cold, I couldn't stop myself from this violent shivering for an hour, and it felt like a fit. I've had two bad nights sleep because of the shivering and I want to know why I'm shivering so violently
