Stuffy/runny nose, painful mucus cough, sore throat, help?!

Question: Stuffy/runny nose, painful mucus cough, sore throat, help?
Monday night, I felt a nub in my throat and knew it would be sore the next day. Wake up, throat killing me. Take different flu/sinus medicines all day even at school and nothing works. Take NyQuil that night to get some sleep. Wake up Wednesday and the soreness in my throat is down but the cough and itch in my throat is worse and so is my stuffy/runny nose. Sometimes I feel like I can't breathe through my throat and have to painfully cough a while to clear it up. Take a bazillion different medicines again and nothing works at all. Today, SAME THING. I even had a little blood in my snot a while ago? The earliest I can get in to doctor is Monday, so any ideas to help now? I have been drinking lots and lots of water, hot tea, eating soup, taking steamy showers/baths, etc. Any other ideas of what the hell I have here? Haha thanks.

you probably have the flu or a throat/sinus infecton. try claritin or another sinus medication. that may help but you are probably going to need an antibiotic. Hope you feel better

You should use naproxen, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://canmdh27.notlong.com/AAzuVtr

It's just a cold.
