Question: Gummies w/ extra C and immunity support have iron in them?
Flinstones gummies plus immunity support and extra vitamin c. on the back i do not see iron in the ingredients but i may be wrong. it is the one with the orange label and green bottle & cap. If it is not on the lable then it's not there...
No, there is no iron in that type of Flintstones. Only in the Flintstones Complete as far as I know. I would not take more than it says on the back of the bottle. Not sure about 5 a day, unless it suggests you do so, but I do not think it does. Too much of certain vitamins is worse than not enough.
