Question: Spot on end of tounge when i eat alot of sweets. what is this spot?
Whenever i eat alot of sweets and the end of sweets or sugars stuck the tip of my tounge starts hurting and i get a spot on there

If it is white then it is an ulcer. Canker sores are red, and typically on your lip, not tongue.

actually its probably a type of herpies. u can also get them from eating acidic things like tomatoes. it will go away in a few days, and if it bothers you too much just buy some orajel.
