Question: What type of sleeping pills will i get from doctor?
I cannot go to sleep at night because my mind is racing and i am very stressed and have bad social anxiety. I always think about the bad things in my life and what could go wrong tomorrow.
Last night i was up till 5 am and i tried going to bed at 11:45.

Probably ambien but you really need to be careful with it because is very addictive.
Before you go to the doctor you might want to opt for over the counter natural sleeping pills.
